Scheduled Back Up Not Working

I have it set up so my blog is backed up everyday and emailed to me. The last time I think I received an email was 4 months ago. That may have been the time I upgraded. Still when I manually do it, no email is received. When I select download to computer, it backs up but it is not found on my computer anywhere. HELP!
