Any hope of working with this hosting company?

    I am installing a WordPress site for a friend who has hosting at a local shop. I asked if they could support WordPress technologies and this was their reply:

    Currently we have these versions available:

    PHP 5.3.4
    MySQL 4.1.22

    And for URL rewriting we haver ISAPI_Rewrite available.

    We are running Windows Servers.

    Should I tell my friend we need to move to BlueHost or HostGator?
