wp-mail-smtp test mail not being sent?

    Having problems getting a test mail to be sent. The response info seems to be okay but I’m not an expert at this so there may be an obvious indicator of error that I am not recognizing. The results are below (with a few minor edits of customer details). Any help would be appreciated:

    Hi there

    i have set up my smtp email using the setting provided by my hosting company yahoo.

    smtp host: smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com
    port:465
    using ssl and authentication

    when i do a test email i get the following error:

    The SMTP debugging output is shown below:

    SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Permission denied (13)

    SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.

    what am i doing wrong?
