WooCommerce Question

I’m setting up WooCommerce for a friend of mine and he wants people to check out and then have an email with the order sent off to him and he’ll call the client and get the credit card information and run it through his terminal.

Is there anyway to do this?

If not, will one of the other commerce plugins do it?
