    WP jQuery Lightbox grabs texts from three different HTML nodes;

    1. title-attribute of link-to-image
    2. img tag’s title attribute (if 1 is empty)
    3. HTML content of .gallery-caption or .wp-caption-text (in that order)

    Set up your theme so it outputs what you need in these places.

    I would also like to get it to display the image description as that allows a bit more text under the image than using the caption. Maybe in the future?

    Is there any way to get it to show the content in the Alt tag of an image and not the title by chance?

    @neuroticartist; the latest version support the alt-property.

    I would like to show below an image:

    a) ALT-Text of an image (kind of title)
    b) the caption (for copyright-info)
    c) below of that the HTML image description for longer texts

    Is this somehow possible?
