[Plugin: Digg Digg] Digg-digg LinkedIn button problems

Digg-digg has been very unstable for the past few weeks and I now have a problem with the LinkedIn button.

I am using the floating bar on the Vigilance theme, and since yesterday (I think), my LinkedIn button likes to place itself on the bottom left corner of my browser window (instead of its place on the bar).

Have tested this with Firefox, Safari, Chrome and IE. This morning I updated the plugin to the latest version(5.2.6) and was hoping the problem would go away but it hasnt.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you got a link we can take a look at? Seen other reports of this issue and hope to figure out the cause so it can be resolved in the next update.

I had an email exchange with the digg digg team, and they told me they have identified and corrected the problem and that it will be included in the next release of the plugin. I will provide another update when I have more info.

Same problem with TheProfessional theme from Elegant Themes. I shall wait for news on a fix.

What version of Digg Digg are you using as this should be resolved in 5.2.7.

Is there any update on this issue. I am using V 5.3.1 and recently I am seeing this issue in one of my site. The linked in button is disabled from the digg digg admin panel and it still shows. Also the button appears not in the floating bar but at the bottom left of the page.

Even if I enable the linked in button from digg digg config, the linked in button still stay there.
