    No, I use a theme called “Canvas”

    I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s vendors.

    I found a solution: I set up the menu with “Twenty Ten 1.3” and then I turned the other theme, and it works well. (with your answer I’ve found the solution)
