• I have made one contact form which works just fine, but the second one I made for a different purpose on the same website doesn’t work. The red Failed to send your message warning shows up.

I have tried modifying the problematic contact form, leaving each individual input field out, but nothing works – it won’t send the message.

The code looks fine to me. Here is the essential output (via FireBug):

[Code moderated as per the Forum Rules. The maximum number of lines of code that you can post in these forums is ten lines. Please use the pastebin]

    Please help if you can!

    See HTML output on Pastebin

Is there any way I can get a more useful error message? At the moment I have no idea why this form doesn’t work while the other does perfectly.

How did you setup Mail fields?

By trial and error, I found out that this is a problem with special characters, somehow. The form works as long as I only input a-z and A-Z characters (hyphens too). If I insert characters like æ, ø, å in the name field – it fails.

This is only true for this form. The other one, setup in my contact page, accepts all chars I’ve tried. I don’t get that…

Takayuki: The mail fields are setup correspondingly.
