Hi WordPressers!
I just downloaded, extracted then uploaded 2 new themes into the wp-content/themes folder on my site and it says that the stylesheet is missing for both of them. Does anybody know what I did wrong or how I can fix it?

1st, take look in the .rar or the zipfile of the theme and search the style.css
if there is 1 in, somethings gone wrong while uploading. try again and renew the window in your browser
2nd, if your style.css is missing, download the file again and start the same procedere with uploading again. sometimes the server make stupid things, sometimes the users, sometimes both :)

I had the same problem. My error was in simply uploading the first folder to be produced when I unzipped the zipped file (I hope that sentence makes sense). Anyway, it turns out there is another folder WITHIN that first folder which is the one which is supposed to be uploaded. It usually has the same name as the folder which appears when the original zipped file is unzipped. Confusing, yes. A bit tedious, yes. But uploading the next file down solved my problem.
