Took a quick look and it’s very impressive! Very web2.0 looking (I mean that in a good way ;’). Nice ajax shelf too!
I really like it – I often wonder though, how many people like me have the FF script-blocker, and would have to disable it to see the shelf. (I did, because I knew what to expect)
However even without the ability to see the shelf, the theme looks great – nice and clean, and working around the shelf by using the sidebar to duplicate the super important stuff would be fine. 🙂

When the shelf is open – there is a huge horizontal scrollbar (FF).
Too bad I could not read a word: the font colour is almost the same as the bg.

sorry to say, but this one’s way too bland and unexciting for my taste.
Also, I dislike having to hunt all over the page, at fairly distant from each other places, for salient info and important links.
I usually have scripts turned off when surfing, so that shelf is something I’d miss … and hate to turn scripting on for. There’s nothing in it which couldn’t be logically placed without it.

the light grey text on the dark grey background is UN-readable. I also have to side with lhk, I think its boring, oddly enough. Of course, maybe if I could actually read something.. you never know.
well guys thanks for all the feedback. i have started to work widgetise the theme and i have fixed some minor bugs here and there..
I don’t see any readability problems. Clean, simple, organized. A good theme I’m sure many will find useful.
