[Plugin: Nmedia Users File Uploader Plugin] Files indexed?

It is my understanding that the files are uploaded to:

…wp-content/uploads/user_uploads/{USER_LOGIN}

Is there a way using your plugin to stop the files from being indexed by search engines or would that be something we would need to do ourselves?

Most likely by editing the .htaccess file, I would guess. I am using the free version now, but am considering upgrading.
