Vaultpress sloooowwww performances

    I’ve been backing up with Vaultpress for many months now, but this weekend was the first time I needed a restore. It’s been going for over 2 hours now with “Restoring Database” and is still at 0%. What’s the deal? Is this normal?

    Can someone who has experience restoring give some feedback on it’s behaviour. The FAQ doesn’t help much. 🙁

    Also, does Vaultpress not do an incremental restore? i.e. just remove any new files and restore any changed/deleted files from the time where I want to do the restore?

    i.e. Does it need to restore EVERY SINGLE image, post, page, comments etc., even if there were not changes to any of them? Or does it only look at what’s been changed, added, deleted and address those?

    I’m trying to restore from a couple of weeks ago — very little blog activity over 2 weeks – but it’s taking FOREVER!!!! With no progress update.
