To show the site running in your machine?
Cloud solution would be a web hosting service, no?
Create static html using WP Super Cache plugin and upload to web hosting service.
open xampp look for file named xammp.httpd Been a while since I,ve done this if I am correct it is a subfolder /return in htdocs.Open the file in notepad and scroll down to Allow:127.0.0.1/8 change this to Allow:Your lan ip address/8
and no don’t change 8 to 80.
Or you could go for a free dns for the duration
