It is possible that the recipients have had their mail settings changed and that the mail is now blocked. Have you checked this?
Have there been any changes to php mail settings on the server?
Are you running the latest version of subscribe2, ie. 2.2.2 and wordpress 2.0.3, and have you installed any other plugins since it last worked? If so, uninstall them and see if that fixes it.
Also, can you still see the e-mail addresses of your subscribers in the management area, or is it blank?

Not that I know of, I have not changed their mail settings and they wouldn’t know how.

Thank you for responding, and I apologize for my tardiness, I can only get to this about once a week.

My updates are not working also now. An email is sent to admin, but no one else who has subscribed. This was a problem before I upgraded to 2.0.4 and continues with 2.0.4
I have given up using it, but I would come back if a cause and fix were found.
