Custom Taxonomy Archive Problem

I have a custom post type for Products and a taxonomy for Stores. My post type archive page works fine showing all the products, but I have links for the individual stores and the taxonomy-store.php shows the products for the selected store, BUT it doesn’t show pagination for older posts. It only displays a maximum of 12 products which is specified in the WP Settings > Reading > Show at most 12 posts.

Can anyone help me get pagination working on this template?
