Divs displaying after first post in loop, not last.

I need someone to help me fix my loop, in this loop I call on different divs to appear in the loop based on the number of posts, this works but I need those divs to appear after all the posts, instead they always appear after the first in the loop, not last. Trying to fix this for days please someone help.
