    M.H.,

    The problem you noted arises from a change made in WordPress 3.3. I haven’t had time to update the plugin to resolve this problem, but hope to do so in the near future as it also plagues my Taxonomy Dropdown Widget plugin.

    Version 1.1.2, released tonight, resolves this problem.
