After I disabled the minify settings, all seems to work fine. But I don’t know the proper settings to use to make it work with my site.

Minify is important. Just minify CSS and HTML in W3TC, do not enable minify JS. Instead, use Better WordPress Minify plugin to minify JS, solves a lot of problems regarding W3TC minify conflicts (at least to me).

Try too if disabling both Database and Object caching is faster when revisiting a page … just leave Page and Browser Caching …

You will likely need to switch to manual minify mode and play with the settings to either find something that works or fix the bugs that prevent minify from working for you, likely the cause is invalid file paths or @imports.
