How to add a Print Icon on a “sell” page – Semiologic Pro v.4.0 with WP v. 2.0.3

Hello…

I use Semiologic Pro v.4.0 with WP v. 2.0.3

I have a *sell* page on my blog – I use the sell page template in Semiologic Pro. v.4.0. (This is not a normal page with a post. Instead it looks like a web page with copy on it.)

The pages with a post on them have the print icon – so someone can print out the post/page.

The *sell* pages I’ve set up don’t have the print icon on them.

How do I set up a print icon at the bottom (or top) of the sell page and have it print out ALL of the page (if you use the print preview/print option in Internet Explorer, portions of the right hand side of the page are cut off.)
