   See here for examples: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/tutorials/embed2.html

   Embed tags will work in posts just fine, although you really should use object tags instead. Still, for quick and dirty embed's, it's still handy to use embed.

   I use the QuickTime Embedding Plugin.
