I think my Permalinks are searching for folders that I not sure that wordpress builds mine are set to look for /%postname%/

I’m not sure that wordpress builds the folders it is looking for but maybe the default of “http://26sites-testing.com/NPAA/Wordpress/?p=123” will work

That does appear to work. I’m wondering if this is a wordpress issue as I was trying to avoid using the “p=123”

Can WordPress be contacted to make them aware of this issue

The Permalinks settings don’t build folders or put any additional files on your server. What it does is use some re-write directives in the .htaccess file to make it look like there’s a virtual file structure instead of using the ?p=123 format for links.

What does your .htaccess file have in it now?
