Plugins won't activate…

    I had installed “better wp security” and it messed some things up so i deactivated and deleted it… now I can’t activate other plugins… all my plugins are deactivated… I renamed the plugins folder, made a new 1, downloaded some new plugins and still cant activate plugins…

    not sure what else to do… any help is appreciated…
