[Ajax/JQuery] Page load with dynamic WordPress pages.

Dear Community,

I am looking for a plugin or tutorial or any brilliant idea of how to start with the idea im running in my head.
For example i would like for you to look at this website:

Its an insane piece of work of Mootools js and somehow brilliant ajax techniques.

I was wondering if anyone knows what type of plugin is used to load those dynamic pages with ajax/jquery (without refreshing except for the page url).
