Changing a new designed site (127.0.0.1:4001/wordpress) to an existing free word

    I have an existing free wordpress blog and I have a redesigned site (designed through InstantWP) that I want to use to replace the existing free blog. How do I change this over? Extremely new to wordpress so clueless!
