Help me creating new theme

Hey there,
I´m too bored of my theme (modified from Jim´s Monkey btw) and I want to change to a new one.
I don´t have much idea about CSS (just the tags like div id) and anything idea about creating a WP theme.
I would prefer some human help instead of a tutorial, I don´t know if you understand me.
I would be really grateful to recieve help from a experimented user explaining me step by step how to do everything, because I think that is the best way of learning…
I have some ideas in my mind but I need somebody to help me to code them.
