Lost of Images & Template

Hope someone maybe can provide some feedback…

Have a website that is being built http://hawghunter.net.previewdns.com/
The website was 98% done, a hacker added a translation plugin (not sure which one) which ended up making the theme and all images disappear. Like it changed files for all images and the theme?

Now the wordpress site can not read a template or images as you can see by visiting the above URL.
For some reason the templates are installed, several…and all images are in the media folders but nothing is showing.

FYI..We have deactivated ALL plugins (no help), and changed several themes (no change)

Any suggestions or help would greatly be appreciated!
