[Plugin: Ajax Event Calendar] The 'ALL' calendar sheet

    Is there a way to control the appearance of the ALL calendar sheet in the same way that the calendar sheets for the calendar categories can be controlled?

    I tried using [calendar categories=”0″ excluded=true] to see if it will work (ie as if category=0 for the ALL sheet) but that didn’t work.
