After reading the forums on this matter, I have found the list of acceptable files in the function.php file. However, I am not sure this is what I should be doing. My plan is to add the 3gpp video to the list, but I don’t know what to type. Also, those posts were mostly written by network admins. I don’t know if I understood the other posts.

Would someone show me what to do with this section of the php file, or is this the wrong section or the wrong file?

    Thank you!

Is there anyone who can help me with this? I need to learn to do this, but the existing archive does not provide enough information for a beginner.

What’s the mime type for these files?

According to what I read it is 3gpp/audio and 3gpp/video. I did find out that I had to download some new codex to my computer because the file is produced by Android and Microsoft left them out of their system.

Once I realized that 3gpp is a mime and that a mime is a label, your question made more sense to me.

    Thanks!

I was able to use the information to make the video work on my computer. But I still don’t know what to do with all this information to make it work in WordPress.
