Menu link to list all recent posts from all categories

    Basically this would be called blog link. I don’t know how i can create link in menu to show all posts from all categories.

    Im working on portfolio theme where i need to have custom home page with slideshow, few other pages, and blog post page.

    WordPress by default show all blog posts from all categories on home page.

    In Settings > Reading > Front page displays i can setup my custom home page, and in Appearance > Menus i can add pages and categories links to menu, BUT there is no link to ALL categories list and ALL posts, like wordpress home page of latest posts.

    Example of what i want to achieve is here http://www.youjoomla.com/ They have all sort of pages, and blog page with subpages to specific categories, and blog page display all posts from all categories. It looks like WordPress doesn’t have function to display all posts from all categories in other links or pages except used as default on home page.

    If anyone know how i can achieve this please help.

    Title the second page “Blog” (or you could call it “News”, “Articles”, etc.). This page will be a place-holder for showing the Posts on your site.

    alternative, create a page template and use that for the ‘blog’ page – http://codex.wordpress.org/Pages#Page_Templates

    This worked like a charm, it was confusing how can page show all blog posts without making custom template or page or something but it looks like they made this hook just for purpose of making it to link in menu. I was searching whole day yesterday and somehow i couldn’t find solution that was in front of me. Thanks for your help.
