Possibly to completely reinstall WP but preserve database/content?

If you are re-installing the same version just overwrite everything except the wp-config.php

The real question here is why are you re-installing? what is it that you think this would fix?

1. Log in
2. click on > top right “Howdy, yourusername”
3. click on > Your profile
4. UNCHECK “Disable visual editor” option
5. click “update profile”
