[Plugin: W3 Total Cache] Never cache the following template files

Hi Frederick,
How do I exclude a specific page from caching?

On the Page “Cache tab”, ate the “Never cache the following pages”, fild there are the defaults:
wp-.*\.php
index\.php

I tried to add a page. First by its slug:
/slug/

Then by the template filename:
page-slug.php

Nothing works. What is the correct form?
My WP installation runs on a Windows Server
