[Plugin: Constant Contact for WordPress] Form Designer Troubles – Will not Display

Hi all,
Im currently having problems implementing the Form Designer. The reason I need it is because one of my clients has multiple websites with multiple email lists via Constant Contact. The problem is CC only lets you create one form on their site, and pointed me to an API, so here I am!

After installing the CC plugin (v 2.3.6) the standard plugin works fine. I then activated the Form Designer, created a simple form (just a name/submit box) and saved it. When I use the shortcode (since i dont use widgets) on a page nothing appears except for the “Privacy by SafeSubscribe” link.

I then read about “white-listing ModSecurity” and called Rackspace, my host provider. They told me that they dont blacklist ModSecurity on their servers and that it should be fine.

I then re-installed the plugin but still no luck, just the same SafeSubscribe link. I understand this a Alpha release so I expect there to be some problems. However, is there something I am doing wrong or can someone point me in the next direction?
