[Plugin: Navayan Subscribe] Post Notification – send full post in email

Love this plugin; its neat and works well, however I was wondering if there is any way I could add some additional features.

First of all I would like have the option to send the full text of a post in the email notification, instead of just the link to the post.

And I would also like the option to have a check box in each post to tick if I didnt want to send this post as an email notification.

Any help appreciated.
