[Plugin: Contact Form 7] 3.1.1 won't send emails

I found that on two of my sites where i’m using contact form 7 ver.3.1.1 the plugin just stopped to work. (# Sender’s message was failed to send)
After switched back to 3.2.1 all is fine again, even sending attachments.
