• I currently use wordpress on a few sites as I love its sheer versatility!

I was wondering if it would be possible to use WordPress for a job list? It would allow a logged in user to create a new post, and then on the front page – allow the user to change the post to either pending or complete. This would allow a group of us to keep a central job sheet of things to do that our office could all add to, and when a job is done, we can then change the status of it.

Possible? More trouble than it’s worth? Alternative software? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

  • It’s certainly possible, and it shouldn’t be too much trouble.

Would it be publicly accessible? That might be a concern for you, but equally it might not.

it would be publicly accessible, but it is going to be on an intranet so the only people accessing it are those who need to use it.

    Go for it then!
