[Plugin: Facebook Tab Manager] Can't find the menu button

Hello,

I just installed the plugin yesterday and I am having a problem. The option to create or manage tabs is not showing up in the side menu on the dashboard. I can make a new tab from the +Tab option at the top and I can manage the plugin settings under Settings but that is it.
