Can you post a link to the site you have it installed on? Then we can take a look and see what the issue is.

    Thanks!

Hi, we have the same problem.
I our case it only works in a “post” type and costum post types:

    Examples where they dont work:
    Homepage: http://www.tritton.es/
Page Type: http://www.tritton.es/en-plena-naturaleza/ (in the setting its activated)
    Category Page: http://www.tritton.es/category/destacados/

    It works on:
    Post Type http://www.tritton.es/molino-del-bombo/
    Custom post types:
    http://www.tritton.es/article/torcal-de-antequera-la-era-jurasica-en-un-mar-de-rocas/

    Thanks for your help.

The plugin right now only works on pages and posts. Looking at http://www.tritton.es/en-plena-naturaleza/ I can see that active share shows up, it’s just not triggering until you scroll down the page.

The element that triggers where the active share shows up looks like this
    <div id="active-share-comment-marker"></div>

Normally it just tacks that onto the end of your content. On the page you linked to there is a bunch of hidden content which is where our marker resides. That means that the share drop down won’t trigger until you reach the spot where the marker would show up if the content were visible.

This is a theme specific issue with your site and not a bug in the plugin.

You are right, its a problem with my page template.

I disabled all the plugins and the read more feature in this page to test, and i found that the problem is some customization i did.

    Thanks for your answer.

If you want to manually trigger and use the plugin you just have to include the javascript in the plugin folder and then this trigger that I mentioned. So if you want it to show up at some specific spot on category pages or on your home page then you can manually include those two pieces.
