Muti-site not displaying correctly

    Hi all,
    I have been searching for an resoloution to this for days and fianlly broke down and posted here. If you look at my two sites you will see what is the issue. 108.166.92.90 and 108.166.92.90/de.
    If I make any changes to the primary site they also show up on the sub site and vis-a-versa. Can somone clue me in to what is going wrong? Oh one last thing is this is installed on IIS7.
