[Plugin: Global Hide/Remove Toolbar Plugin] Does not work in 3.3.1

Well I played with different options but the admin bar is still there for all types of users. I would say that the plugin does not work unless someone can convince me otherwise. In general this “dictatorhip” of the admin bar is quit frankly stupid.
