   is it possible to upload an SWF through the image uploader and have it show up in a post? Or is there a plugin that will make this work?

   You can upload the file to your server through the inline-uploader but getting in into the post or page will require a plugin. The one that seems to be the most helpful is the Kimli Flash Embed plugin. You can download it here:
   http://www.kimili.com/plugins/kml_flashembed/wp

   Once you upload your flash file the image browser will only show it as a file name (not an image). What you need to get from this is the file's url ex:http://yoursite.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2006/06/movie.swf

   This is what you'll need to write in the Kimli Flash Embed syntax.

   Hmm.. this might be more complicated then I anticipated. I am using this plugin: http://guff.szub.net/2006/02/09/post-image/ top post my images above each entry title and now i want to post an SWF instead of a JPEG.

   Any other ideas?

   Yeah, It doesnt look like the plugin has been updated since wordpress 0.1
