Permission Denied – Image Featured

    Hi,
    When I try to insert an Featured Image, I`m receiving the following message:

    Warning: copy(/Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/myfolder/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/image.jpg) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/myfolder/wp-admin/includes/file.php on line 348

    I`ve already set the permissions to write and ready to this file, and to many parent folders as well.
    Please, anyone can help me?

    PS. I`m on a Mac, if this is relevant.
