Help! Server CPU at max, site loads slowly!

    Not sure what to do about this anymore. Our website is running very slowly at rates I can’t even swallow. 40-1+ minutes or more. In the past few days I have run every WP Optimization I could think of. I am running, WP Total Cache, version 0.9.2.4, and WP-smushit version 1.5.0. These two have been the MOST helpful. I ran the YSlow and GtMetrix for troubleshooting.

    I have talked with my ISP, they believe that it is something within the coding to make CPU rates hit the roof. Something that loads on every single page, I don’t know of any issues with my theme and have experienced faster load times with the same theme at 2-4 second load times.

    Does anyone have any ideas???
