seeking a plugin to create columns in posts – shortcode?

I’m needing to get a plugin to easily generate columns of content within a post or a page, and I see a few plugins listed but between download counts and dates updated, nothing is standing out as the obvious choice.

If someone has any experience with this and could recommend something from experience, I’d greatly appreciate it.

I’ve never made a post asking for a plugin recommendation – it’s somewhat urgent that I come up with this solution and put it into a live site quickly. If I need to post this somewhere else please let me know and I’ll delete this post in this forum – and my apologies in advance for the misplaced post.
