Category with lowest ID takes priority in post URL

If I assign a post to 2 different categories – is there a way to prioritise which category gets used in the post URL?

Currently, it seems the category with the lowest ID is used as the default for the URL.

For example. My events category has an ID of 5 and my Employees category has an ID of 28. A post that has been assigned to both categories “Events” and “Employees” will end up with the following URL:

http://www.example.com/EVENTS/post-title/

I’d like to be able to tell WordPress “no, stop taking the category with the lowest ID and use the category I tell you too – that’s a good boy”
