Readability and Infinite-Scroll

First off, fantastic plugin. Works great. I’m wondering, could we either A) get an option to exclude the button from index page, or B) can you tell me the javascript that is used to initialize the button. I’m using another plugin, Infinite-Scroll, which loads in subsequent pages dynamically, but I need to put the javascript initialization code in, or it will not add the button for any pages past the first page. Thank you.
