I need a plugin that would allow me to use thumbnails at the front page of my blog but full images when a reader goes to the full post.
I've spent hours of searching for the hack or a plugin. No one knows...
I haven't seen anything, sorry.
Good idea for a plugin, though...
Image Manager:

Are you sure that it can do it? I'm using the plugin but I can't figure it out. I guess it's different.
What I need is to show a thumb on the front page, but the whole pic on the single one.

You want the hide/show plugin. In excerpt mode, you can show the thumbnail, but hide the full image.
In post mode, you can do the reverse.
You are also not limited to images, i.e. you can show a thumb in the excerpt, but a video when showing the full post.
Ok, but what about the instructions?I'm usinf WP 2.0.3, and the plugin does not seem to work: there are no bottoms when the text-rich mode is on but when it's off, the buttoms ("full only", etc.) do not work.
I really suggest you to make the plugin work in rich-text mode.
So, Vaam, can you help me?
