[Plugin: WP-Filebase Download Manager] "file does not begin with '%pdf-' " IE7 a

Using WP-Filebase with IE7 or IE8 if you go to file listing in WP Filebase, click on a PDF, and view it, no worries. Click on the back button and try to view it again – you get the following error message:

file does not begin with ‘%pdf-‘

If you clear the IE browser cache, you can view the file again – once. Then you get the same error message and have to clear the cache before viewing the file again.

Another user posted a similar problem with the recommendation of Disabling HTTP caching (WP Filebase Settings>Download) but no luck for me…error still persists.

Any recommendations? I wish I could ignore IE, but still too big a user population both with the client and their end users.
