[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Using Custom Fields for Post Meta description template:

    Hi I want to display the value of a custom field added in the post on to Meta description template settings.

    For example, instead of using %%excerpt%%, I would use the value found in my custom field %%”customfieldname”%%.

    I hope this can be possible, someone please help me with this.
