Can't find posts on Mystique

I’m very new to this. Using Mystique which I like but I cna’t find the posts I’ve written. They show up when I click archive but I want them to appear on a pagic under a static message. I’d like to have the 5 most recent show up on the parent page with an excerppt and then the more feature to continue reading the entire post on a different page. Completely stumped and frustrated because I can’t figure this out.

Also, is there somewhere I can go to access a tutorial or basic how to use manual for Mystique 3.2.9.1?
