    No I’m sorry. I can’t provide a link because this site has restricted access and I cant switch to the twentyten theme. This site runs on a template I set up myself but I used the twentyten theme to build on.

    that’s okay but you can still try it on a default theme by just previewing it? the reason is to test whether if it is a theme issue or a plugin conflict which you can test by temporarily deactivating them.

    I’m afraid that if I change the default theme I will mess up the website…

    you can preview it in the admin area without actually activating it.

    Yes but not in a different theme right ?

    yes, within Appearence, you just click ‘preview’, no theme is changed, just previewed by you
